Babdem Srinagar
Babdemb is a localty adjacent to the Bab Demb (Lake).
Brari Nambal, also known as Bab Demb, is a small freshwater lake located in Srinagar, Jammu and Kashmir, India. It is connected to the Dal lake via a channel and is therefore sometimes referred to as a lagoon of the Dal lake. Until the 1970s, it had a primary outflow in the form of the Mar Canal, but after the landfilling of this canal, the lake began to lose its glory. It is currently in highly deteriorated condition while efforts to revive it are on. (Wikipedia)
What a wonderful place it is, currently living here (June 2023) since August last year. The beauty of nature and the beauty of people is truly amazing. I came here in search of a room on rent, and I found this house where I am currently living not by accident but by destiny. I liked it at one go, and have been living here since.
There is so much special about this place that it will be next to impossible for me to forget it.
Watching the sun rising is truly breathtaking.
I received a lot of love from the people here.
I learnt lots of things here
I see a lot of growth in my personality here.
This period of my life is probably the most important phase of my life.

Smile, my neighbor. She is a truly beautiful person I have ever met, I am talking about her inner beauty. Her behavior, her caring nature, her brevity, compassion, empathy, simplicity, and the list goes on and on. She was a blessing in my life, I learnt lots of things from her, She was a reason for my smile, her smile filled in my joy and happiness. She gave me new perspectives in life.
